Blacksburg Transit

Blacksburg Transit serves the communities of Blacksburg and Christiansburg in Montgomery County, Virginia. The vast majority of the riders of Blacksburg Transit are Virginia Tech students. In regular service, Blacksburg Transit mostly runs its newest buses, which are New Flyer 30, 35, and 40-foot diesel buses. For special events requiring extra capacity, Blacksburg Transit runs some of its older buses, manufactured in the 1980's by Flxible and TMC.
