I found this ad to be a good source of advice, but including the "terror alert" scale I believe sends the wrong message, as I believe that a train or track problem is far more likely to significantly impact Metro on a given day than a terrorist attack. Ever notice, by the way, that the terror alert scale corresponds exactly to Metro's rail line colors?
